We have been trialling LeaseIQ for the past few months, it is busy enough being across all the facets of running a chain of stores let alone the leases. Our tenancy schedules are run right there inside the APP. We now have the capacity to scale our management business and concentrate more on leasing to increase our results.

Using LeaseIQ I have already saved more than the next 2 years subscription, after only a few weeks I was able to negotiate reduced rent increases on 1 of my 4 pharmacies. And now I’m looking to reduce my finance costs as my bank was so impressed when I showed them the dashboard of my leases and sent them a report right from my ipad. They were satisfied about how I manage my lease risks. This is a game changer for me-I feel more confident about my leases and don’t have to worry about missing any important dates.
