Lease1 has been fortunate enough to be invited to work with the developers of LeaseIQ and over the past 6 months has been part of the evolution of this exciting APP. In my 35 years involved in retail lease management I have tested numerous software management systems with our Clients worked with them to get the most out of their investment, but there was always something missing – mobility! LeaseIQ is by far the most sophisticated and at the same time easy to use day to day commercial lease management system.With the custom dashboards and reporting that sits with me wherever I am allows my Team to be across our Clients’ portfolios and lease data straight from my phone, ipad or laptop. LeaseIQ has revolutionised how we run our business and deliver a superior service to our hundreds of retail clients.

We have been trialling LeaseIQ for the past few months, it is busy enough being across all the facets of running a chain of stores let alone the leases. But now with LeaseIQ I feel like the power is back in my hands, literally. I can get reports on my occupancy costs, and expiries whenever I want. Taking a phone call from a Landlord is now a different experience as I feel like I now have the upperhand. My operations staff and accounts staff are empowered and better understand how to manage the leases to get better outcomes.

Using LeaseIQ I have already saved more than the next 2 years subscription, after only a few weeks I was able to negotiate reduced rent increases on 1 of my 4 pharmacies. And now I’m looking to reduce my finance costs as my bank was so impressed when I showed them the dashboard of my leases and sent them a report right from my ipad. They were satisfied about how I manage my lease risks. This is a game changer for me-I feel more confident about my leases and don’t have to worry about missing any important dates.

Managing and leasing a portfolio of small shopping centres meant I was tied to a laptop and a server to access all the lease data of over 120 leases. Time spent in the office is now a thing of the past as I can now get around and complete my inspections and spend more time with tenants due to the APP LeaseIQ. My Client’s queries can be answered on the spot due with all the leases and reports available on my iPhone. We are now customising the dashboards and reports to provide live info to our Landlords so as to reduce the time and paperwork of the dreaded monthly reports. Our tenancy schedules are run right there inside the APP. We now have the capacity to scale our management business and concentrate more on leasing to increase our results.
